"To serve a busy and distracted community, encourage them to find true fulfillment in Jesus Christ and participate in the community of believers."

Our Mission (How we accomplish the Vision)
"Growing Community by Sharing Jesus."

About our History:
On July 27, 1976 a meeting was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Al Schramm to organize a new church in Bentonville.  Our first worship service was conducted on September 5, 1976 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L.C. Bontke, with 59 people in attendance.  On December 5, 1976 Faith began meeting at the "Women's Building" at the Bentonville Fair Grounds.  In April of 1977 Faith purchased land at 1602 N.W. 12th Street.  Construction began in July and the cornerstone was laid on November 12, 1978. The building was dedicated on December 10, 1978.  On February 15, 1981 Pastor Herman Mayer was installed as the first Pastor of Faith Bentonville.  Pastor Mayer served until he retired in January of 1987.  Pastor Arthur Schultz served as our Vacancy Pastor until Pastor Donald Wesener of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin accepted the call to serve and was installed on November 7, 1987.  After Pastor Wesener left Pastor Todd Jones was installed as Pastor of Faith on December 5, 1993.

In the Spring of 2007 the congregation called Pastor Neil Vanderbush to serve as a church planter for Northwest Arkansas.  In 2008 he and several members from Faith planted Messiah Lutheran Church in Pea Ridge, AR.  On April 21, 2007 Faith completed a 15,000 square foot addition.  On June 29th, 2007 AJ Mastic became our Youth and Young Adults Minister.  On April 28th, 2008 Scott Westlake became our Business Director and Praise Team Leader.  In the Fall of 2009 Mary Henry became our Children's Minister.

On August 16th, 2009 Rev. Todd Jones accepted a call to the Mid-South District Office.  He is currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the District President for Mission and Outreach.  We are currently searching for a new Pastor.

In October of 2009 Megan Mastic became our Missions and Outreach Coordinator.

In the Spring of 2010 the church sent Vicar Terry Held to plant Christ Lutheran Church in Siloam Springs, AR.
